YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THE FESTIVAL AREA IF YOU HAVE A VALID TICKET.

You may enjoy the restaurants and the area around the stadium all day long. Please arrive early to avoid delays.

The festival is held outdoors with an incredible festival stage.

There is no re-admission to the event after entry. Please plan ahead, once you’re in, you’re in!

This is a fully standing event. No seating is provided. Seats and chairs of any kind not permitted into the event. This includes folding sticks and inflatable seats.

Food or drink is NOT permitted to be brought into the event. Food and drink are available to purchase inside the festival area. Drinking water is available to purchase.

TICKETS

Tickets to Jeddah World Fest are currently sold out. Tickets are also available through the event competition broadcast on MTV.

There will be Accessible Viewing Areas at the festival. If you require use of these areas or special arrangements, such as wheelchair access or accompaniment by a carer, please first purchase a ticket for yourself then please contact Sharek.sa to request an application form to apply for a complimentary ticket for your carer. Please note – Accessible Viewing Areas are ‘access controlled areas’ with limited capacity so please be sure to apply early.

TV FILMING

Jeddah World Fest is produced specifically for worldwide broadcast on TV and is produced to the highest standard. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event you consent to be photographed and/or filmed for TV broadcast. You consent for your image to potentially be used in any promotional and communication materials worldwide in perpetuity.

BAGS

Large bags are not permitted into JEDDAH WORLD FEST, but you will be permitted to take small bags and handbags in with you. Bags should not be larger than: 25cm x 30cm x 15cm* or standard handbags. The festival security reserve the right to search all bags.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Jeddah World Fest will take place at KASC Stadium on 18th July.

You may enter the Stadium grounds at any time during the day. Please see [JeddahSummer.com] for activities taking place during the day.

The festival opens at 19:00*, please arrive early.

First Performance on stage: 20:45 sharp

Last Entry: 00:00* – Last entry to the event will be at midnight. There will be no exceptions for entry after this time.

The Box Office, which is located by the entrance to the festival area, will close at 00:30*

The performer timings will be published on July 16th.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS

There is no re-admission to ticketed concert events after you enter. If you leave the festival, you cannot return inside. Please plan ahead, and make sure you have your wallet, phone and any items you may need.

You cannot bring food or drink into the festival.

There is a wide variety of bars and food catering available at all times during the live show. Water is supplied for free.

Jeddah World Fest is for ages 16+ years only. Please bring photographic identification.

If you look under 21 years old, we may ask you to prove your age when entering the event. Any one of the following is considered an acceptable form of ID:

– Passport.

– National Identity Card

– Driver’s licence

PROHIBITED ITEMS

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, Jeddah Season and the Site Security reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event with no refunds (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated).

Illegal items will be handed over to the police for disposal.

Banned substances will be disposed of before entry to the festival.

The list of Prohibited Items includes:

All liquids (Drinking Water will be provided within the festival area)

Selfie Sticks

Excessive amounts of cigarettes i.e. more than for personal consumption

Knives

Glass bottles, jars or containers

Chinese lanterns or sky lanterns

Illegal substances

Unidentifiable substances

Nitrous oxide & associated equipment (balloons, CO2 dispensers, cream dispensers)

Legal highs, New psychoactive substances (NPS) or equipment associated with NPS

Portable laser equipment and laser pens

Fireworks / pyrotechnics

Flares / distress flares

Any goods for unauthorised trading

Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

Any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person

Airhorns & megaphones

Spray cans

Oversized lighters

Catapults

Drones

Sound Systems

Animals other than guide dogs or hearing dogs

Firearms

Explosives

Tools or any sharp objects

Gas containers

Any items deemed illegal in Saudi Arabia

BANNERS & FLAGS

Banners are permitted up to A1 in size (Steve Aoki cake face!)

Banners that have battery-powered fairy lights on them will be permitted

Banners should only be constructed of soft or bendable materials – i.e cardboard/paper is fine.

Wooden signs are NOT permitted

No flag poles are allowed

Do not block the view of the audience with your banners

Final decision on the suitability of signs and banners rests with the security and steward team at the event entrances

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No. Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time.

CAN I SMOKE?

Yes. Smoking cigarettes is permitted at any outdoor area of the festival. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly and do not litter.

BEHAVOUR

Illegal or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate ejection from the event, without readmittance. For the safety of all our visitors, crowd surfing and moshing is prohibited.

WHERE IS JEDDAH WORLD FEST?

Outdoors, beside KASC Stadium, Jeddah: 

CAN I PARK MY CAR?

Yes. Parking is available in the stadium carpark. Spaces are limited so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AND FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO THE CAR PARK. You must have a Jeddah World Fest ticket to use the carpark.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

No. If you leave the festival area, you will not be re-admitted. This is for your safety and security.

WHAT IF TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT?

Tickets are only available through Sharek and Virgin Megastore in Saudi Arabia.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT, CAN I BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE?

Tickets should only be purchased from Sharek or Virgin Megastore in Saudi Arabia. Any tickets purchased from sellers other than Sharek or Virgin will not guarantee entry.

WHAT IF MY TICKET DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Contact Sharek.sa if there is a delay in receiving your ticket.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DISABILITY AND NEED ASSISTANCE?

ARE THERE TOILETS INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?

Yes.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

No. If you’re unsure of what items you can bring, please see the Prohibited Items List. Food and drink is available to purchase inside the festival. Drinking water will be available for free.

WHAT IF MY TICKET CAN SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON IT?

Please ensure you have a valid ticket before coming to the festival.

MY TICKET HAS BEEN STOLEN?

We cannot provide refunds for stolen tickets. Always ensure you do not forward your electronic ticket to anyone. Contact the police if a crime has been committed.

I BOUGHT A FAKE TICKET, BUT I DID NOT KNOW, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Tickets should be purchased through official vendors Sharek.sa and Virgin Megastore in Saudi Arabia. Any non-official ticket will not be accepted.

I LOST MY TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Unfortunately, lost tickets cannot be replaced, please take extra care to ensure ticket are kept safe.

IS THERE A TRANSFER SERVICE FROM JEDDAH CITY?

Yes. Jeddah World Fest takes place in external areas of King Abdullah Sport City Stadium on July 18th 2019. This event will be well serviced by free transport from Jeddah City. Information regarding the shuttle transfers will be available online soon. Please note, you must show a valid Jeddah World Fest ticket to use this service.

I AM TRAVELLING FROM OUTSIDE SAUDI ARABIA, HOW DO I GET A VISA?

e-Visas to enter Saudi Arabia are available online within minutes while you purchase your festival ticket at Sharek.sa

HOW DO I PAY FOR FOOD AND DRINKS INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?

All bars, food traders and concessions accept cash and card payments.

IS FREE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE?

Yes. There is free water available throughout the event.

IS THERE A PRAYER AREA?

Yes. An outdoor prayer space will be available.

IS THERE AN INFORMATION OR HELP POINT?

Yes. Visit the Information and help point for any Customer Service, Welfare and First Aid. Welfare and First Aid provisions are operated by our trained and experienced staff. Services are open during event hours and all visits are logged and recorded.

IS FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE IN THE FESTIVAL?

Yes. A great range of food traders and there will be a variety of non-alcoholic bars. If you have food intolerances, where possible, several of our food vendors will try to offer suitable meals based on your requirements. However, we cannot guarantee these will be suitable for all allergies.

ARE THERE TOILETS IN THE FESTIVAL?

Yes. Toilets are located around the site, separated for male and female.

IS THERE A BAG DROP AREA OR CLOAKROOM?

No. There are no bag drop facilities on site to store bags within the event. Please leave and rucksacks to oversized bags at home to avoid disappointment. You will not be allowed to enter with a large bag.

IS SEATING AND SHADE AVAILABLE?

No. This is a fully standing live-show on a hard surface. As the event will start after sunset, there will be no shaded areas provided.

IS WIFI AVAILABLE?

No.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets to Jeddah World Fest 2019 (the ‘Event’) will be issued on behalf of Jeddah Season subject to the terms and conditions on the website or displayed at the venue (as may be changed from time to time in the Event Organiser’s absolute discretion). The use of your ticket for entry signifies agreement by the holder to the following minimum terms and conditions:


The Event Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any damage to personal property), except in the case of death or personal injury and only if due to any negligent act or omission on their part. Under no circumstances will the Event Organisers be liable for unforeseen or indirect loss of any form.

The Event Organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion for reasons of safety, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the format or any aspect of the Event, or its running order and line-up without prior notification. Should the Event be postponed, cancelled, the line-up changed or the format altered, the Event Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
